The Charlotte Ave/Richland Park Corridor will soon undergo a Detailed Corridor Design Plan process. The Detailed Corridor Design Plan process will create a plan for future growth and development outlining appropriate land use and urban design that complements and enhances the character of the corridor.
The success of the plan depends, in part, on the participation of all community members including residents, property owners, business owners and institutional representatives. We hope you’ll be able to participate in a series of community meetings.

Loads of new people have moved into our neighborhood within the past year and we need help in extending a friendly welcome. Please let us know of a new neighbor so we may give a warm welcome gift.
